Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, portion and pack various types of meat
• Replenish chilled and frozen meat stock
• Prepare meat according to customers' requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment
• Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products
