Corestaff Pte Ltd is urgently seeking experienced Meat Cutters/Butchers for a hands-on meat-processing role in a food manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will cut, debone, trim and portion raw pork, operate knives and meat-processing equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on meat cutting/butchery experience, pork processing exposure, and good knife-handling skills. Shift from 4:00 AM to 1:20 PM in a chilled 8–12°C environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on meat cutting/butchery experience.
• Experience in deboning, trimming, cutting and portioning meat.
• Pork cutting/processing experience preferred.
• Good knife-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in 8–12°C chilled environment.
• Able to commit to 4:00 AM – 1:20 PM.

Responsabilités

• Cut, debone, trim, slice and portion raw meat.
• Prepare meat according to required cuts, weight and specifications.
• Use knives, slicers, mincers and other meat-processing equipment.
• Check meat quality and minimize wastage.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Support daily production targets.
