Job summary

aquaDucks in Singapore is seeking a Poolside Ambassador to greet families, support pool operations, and ensure a friendly, safe environment for children and guests.

You'll move between locations, coordinate class schedules, handle enquiries, and provide tours, all with a warm energy and a can-do attitude. Prior customer service or hospitality experience helps, but the right attitude will win. Shorts and slippers are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or children's education is preferred.
• Energetic, friendly and comfortable interacting with families and kids.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and guests at the poolside.
• Provide facility tours for a personalized guest experience.
• Coordinate class schedules and help with enrolments.
• Handle enquiries, trials, and follow-ups with a smile.
