You will deliver outstanding service, handle F&B orders, maintain pool deck cleanliness, and stay familiar with the pool’s menu. The role requires polished English, strong guest relations, and willingness to work outdoors in shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage all guests visiting the Infinity Pool.
• Provide a brief introduction to the offerings while escorting guests to sunbeds.
• Deliver exceptional service to create memorable experiences for all guests.
• Set up and maintain sun beds, ensuring they are ready for the next guests.
• Take and process food and beverage orders.
• Interact with guests and respond to their inquiries appropriately.
• Assist with taking guest F&B orders and relaying them accurately.
• Maintain the towel distribution counter and return bins in a neat and presentable condition.
• Keep the Infinity Pool deck area clean, presentable and free of discarded towels.
• Be knowledgeable with the Pool’s F&B menu.
