Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst / Transformation Specialist to lead policy servicing transformation initiatives. You will own business requirements, drive end-to-end delivery and coordinate with operations, product, technology and vendors to deliver digital and operational enhancements across the policy servicing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Operations Specialist, Project Lead or Transformation Specialist in life insurance.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance policy servicing operations and administration.
• Experience with policy administration systems (e.g. AS400) and digital servicing platforms.
• Hands-on experience in business requirements ownership, process mapping, and UAT governance.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of insurance regulatory, governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for policy servicing initiatives across transactions.
• Review and validate business requirements, specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirement workshops with business, operations, technology and vendor stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into implementable solutions and act as functional owner.
• Review processes and identify automation opportunities for straight-through processing.
• Lead end-to-end delivery activities, track dependencies, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Lead UAT, sign-off readiness and coordinate training for business readiness.
• Ensure operationalisation and embedding of new capabilities into BAU processes.
• Coordinate release readiness, implementation planning and post-deployment stabilization.
• Monitor production issues and coordinate timely resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Foster governance-compliant delivery and drive continuous improvement.
