Job summary

PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED is seeking a policy servicing transformation specialist to lead and contribute as a project lead. You will partner with operations, business, product, technology and vendor teams to deliver digital and operational enhancements across the policy servicing lifecycle.

You will own requirements, drive end-to-end delivery, lead UAT, and ensure readiness for BAU while embedding new capabilities into operations.

Qualifications

6–8 years of BA/Transformation experience in life insurance.
Experience leading project delivery initiatives.
Knowledge of policy servicing operations and administration processes.
Familiarity with policy administration systems (e.g. AS400) and digital servicing platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for policy servicing initiatives.
Review and validate business requirements, specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead requirement workshops with business, operations, technology and vendor stakeholders.
Translate business needs into implementable solutions and act as subject matter expert.
Lead end-to-end delivery activities including dependencies and issue follow-up.
Coordinate UAT testing, test scenario reviews and sign-off readiness.
Drive training and change readiness, update SOPs and support transition to BAU.
Partner with operations to embed new capabilities into BAU processes.
Manage release readiness and post-deployment stabilisation.
