Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a candidate to support policy fulfilment for all classes of Commercial lines policies in Singapore. Responsibilities include processing policies, ensuring documentation accuracy, and participating in user acceptance testing. Ideal applicants possess a degree and have 3–5 years of experience in group insurance or account management.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and the ability to work under pressure. A proactive attitude towards improvement and change is essential for success in this position.

Job Purpose

Support policy fulfilment for all classes of Commercial lines policies.

Job Function: General Insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing all classes of Commercial lines policies.
• Manage processing portfolio to ensure policy fulfilment within stipulated turnaround time.
• Ensure policy documentation accuracy and compliance of SOPs and guidelines.
• Support new business models and workflows.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
• Support ad hoc duties and activities when required.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies to better safeguard the company.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree or equivalent industry related qualifications.
• Have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
