Job summary

China Taiping Insurance Hldgs Co Ltd in Singapore is seeking a policy administrator to handle New & Renewal Policies and Endorsements. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of policy documentation in line with underwriting guidelines and liaise with intermediaries to resolve outstanding issues.

You will also provide front desk service on a roster basis and relay feedback to the Head of Department. Other duties as assigned by the company may be required.

Qualifications

• Min diploma holder or above.
• Relevant experience in GI preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills and pleasant disposition.

• Mainly process policies including New & Renewal Policies & Endorsement.
• Ensure policy documentation is processed timely and accurately.
