Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented policy processing professional for a 12-month, on-site role in Singapore. The position focuses on fulfilling policy services, ensuring SOP compliance, and maintaining accurate policy documentation.

You will participate in UAT for Personal Lines launches and support various operational activities, including office coverage and workflow improvements. A Diploma with policy processing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field with policy processing experience/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle policy fulfillment process and ensure issuance and other activities related to policy services are done within stipulated turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance of SOP and accuracy in policy documentation.
• Ensure timely and compliance of file copy archiving procedures.
• Involve in improving workflows and policies to maximize own's productivity, efficiency and accuracy of policy documentation.
• Participate in UAT and projects for Personal Lines product launches, system and process enhancements.
• Cover PLQ office operations when need arises.
• Provide support in other operational activities when assigned.
