Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks a 1 Year Contract Insurance Operations - Policy Servicing Executive to manage renewal billing, policy amendments and member movements while maintaining accurate records.

You will also handle premium billing, data validation, and enquiries, ensuring timely resolution within service standards and collaborating with Sales, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Technology teams to support efficient policy and billing operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Group Employee Benefits policy servicing activities including renewal billing, policy amendments, member movements and maintenance of member records.
• Perform premium billing activities including data uploads, billing calculations, reconciliation and validation of billing breakdowns to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Handle operational enquiries relating to billing discrepancies, member data and policy servicing requests; ensure timely resolution within established service standards.
• Maintain accurate policy and transaction records while performing due diligence and validation checks to meet quality, data protection and operational control requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Technology teams to resolve servicing matters and support smooth policy and billing operations.
• Participate in UAT, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to improve billing workflows, data quality, member administration and digital servicing.
