The Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a dynamic policy professional to shape the future of our bus network, Bus Masterplan, and emerging modes such as BRT. You will analyse policy options, model financial outcomes, and collaborate with agencies to ensure robust, sustainable transport solutions.

You will design contracting approaches to align interests with operators, build transparent governance, and monitor system indicators to support policy decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Engineering or Science/Social Science.
• Demonstrated ability to produce innovative policy solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically, write and present thoughts concisely.
• Team player who is adaptable and can work independently.
• Knowledge or experience in Excel modelling, financial projections and data analytics is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Formulating policies and strategies for Singapore’s expanding bus network, the Bus Masterplan and new modes like BRT.
• Designing contracting approaches for bus services and new modes to align interests with operators and ensure legislative support.
• Carrying out robust financial modelling of System Financials to support policy decisions and monitor indicators.
• Partnering relevant government agencies to ensure timely development and implementation of projects.
