Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager in Bus Financing, Investment and Governance to shape policy for Singapore’s bus network. You will develop innovative policy solutions, design contracting approaches with operators, and conduct robust financial modelling to safeguard long-term sustainability.

You will collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to drive strategic transport projects, including the Bus Master Plan and emerging mobility options, ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Economics, Engineering or Science/Social Science discipline.
• Drive and resourcefulness to produce innovative policy solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically, write and present thoughts concisely.
• Team player who is adaptable and able to work independently.
• Knowledge or experience in excel modelling, financial projections and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop policy solutions and strategies for Singapore’s bus network.
