Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in automotive, engineering, or related industries.
• Familiarity with battery systems, servicing, and maintenance of buses will be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside proficiency in IT.

Aufgaben

• Support Fleet Renewal and Replacement: Develop and execute strategies to renew and replace fleet to meet objectives across the public bus network.
• Tender Specifications & Evaluation: Draft new bus requirements, prepare tender specs, and evaluate submissions for best value.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-delivery inspections and testing of bus equipment to meet contract specs.
• Partnership Management: Build relationships with overseas bus manufacturers and suppliers; monitor industry innovations.
• Market Research & Design Specifications: Research emerging bus technologies and trends to inform design requirements.
• Procurement Budget: Support cost-effective purchasing within budget and uphold quality standards.
