Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data-Driven Projects Manager to lead data, BI and AI initiatives from strategy to delivery in Singapore. You will own end-to-end delivery, align business requirements with data and technology, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The role involves coordinating with business users, analysts and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of data-driven solutions. 3–4 years of PM experience in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT or related discipline.
3–4 years of relevant project management experience within data, analytics, BI, technology or digital transformation environments.
Proven experience managing projects from initiation through delivery.
Familiarity with data pipelines, dashboards, data warehouses and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, BI and AI projects.
Establish project scope, objectives, timelines and budgets.
Build and maintain project plans and delivery trackers.
Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs for data/IT teams.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
Support user acceptance and post-deployment adoption.
