Job summary

PERSOL Tech Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a PMO professional with a background in Financial Domain IT to support project delivery and procurement processes.

You will liaise with project managers, manage vendor and staff inventory, track onboarding, and analyze data to support budgeting and reporting. Degree holder with 2+ years PMO experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of PMO experience in Financial Domain IT industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination, and data management.
• Experience in inventory lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise regularly with Project Managers on Project Requirements.
• Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.
• Ensure staff reflected correctly in MOS/Systems.
• Help the program manager in monthly task allocation and performance review/appraisal.
• Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.
• Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.
• Time-sheet assignment.
