Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is offering an Intern position in the Programme Management Office (PMO) located at Terminal 2. You will support governance, tracking, and reporting for SG Hub initiatives and transformation projects.

You will collaborate with business units, assist in consolidating updates, maintain dashboards, and prepare management packs using Wrike and the Microsoft Office suite. This role provides hands-on PMO exposure and cross-functional teamwork opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support PMO governance, tracking, and reporting for SG Hub initiatives.
Collaborate with Business Units to gather data, track risks and governance updates.
Consolidate project updates, maintain dashboards, and monitor milestones.
Prepare data analyses and visuals for management reviews using Wrike.
Develop templates and PMO documentation to improve governance and reporting.
Prepare leadership presentation materials and governance review packs.
