Job summary

Vouch Recruitment seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Deployment Lead to run the Singapore implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, with a planned go-live in Q2 2027. In this senior hands-on role you will bridge the Singapore business, Global SAP project team and implementation partners, overseeing Finance & Accounting and Procurement from design through go-live and hypercare.

You will lead workshops, manage data migration, cutover and ensure local regulatory requirements are represented

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting, transformation, deployment or programme delivery.
• At least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations or major rollouts.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations / country deployments.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance and Sourcing & Procurement.
• Experience with fit-to-standard, testing/UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Proven ability to communicate complex SAP concepts to business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Singapore SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition deployment.
• Act as the primary local point of contact for Global SAP teams and implementation partners.
• Provide functional leadership across Finance, Accounting, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops, process discovery and gap analysis.
• Manage local project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budget.
• Coordinate master data preparation, migration, UAT, defect management and readiness activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, user training and change adoption.
• Lead cutover, go-live and hypercare activities, including issue resolution and escalation.
• Ensure local business and regulatory requirements are represented within the global SAP template.
• Identify post-go-live optimisation opportunities while maintaining clean-core principles.

Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Deployment Lead to lead the Singapore implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, with a planned go-live in Q2 2027.

This is a senior, hands‑on role serving as the key link between the Singapore business, Global SAP project team and implementation partners. The scope covers Finance & Accounting and Procurement (PR/PO), from implementation through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Singapore SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition deployment.
• Act as the primary local point of contact for Global SAP teams and implementation partners.
• Provide functional leadership across Finance, Accounting, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting, transformation, deployment or programme delivery experience.
• At least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations or major rollouts.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations / country deployments. Experience solely in ECC, S/4HANA on-premise or Private Edition is not sufficient.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance and Sourcing & Procurement.
• Strong understanding of PR, PO, approval workflows, purchasing master data and Finance integration.
• Experience with fit-to-standard, testing/UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Proven experience as a Country Deployment Lead, Local Implementation Lead or Senior Functional Lead within a global SAP programme.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Able to communicate complex SAP concepts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and regularly on-site in Singapore.

Desirable:

SAP Public Edition certifications, SAP Activate, Central Business Configuration, Cloud ALM, Signavio, Fiori, Singapore localisation experience, and PMP/PRINCE2 certification.
