Job summary

NextEra Software Services Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, resource tracking, and administration across multiple projects. You will assist Project Managers and stakeholders in maintaining plans, preparing status reports, tracking risks, and ensuring PMO standards compliance.

Responsibilities include updating schedules, dashboards, and financials, organizing meetings, and maintaining RAID logs for risk management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for project documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing project reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and governance processes to ensure standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities to support Project Managers in effective project delivery.
• Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and document repositories to ensure accurate project information.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, governance packs, and management presentations to communicate project progress.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to monitor project health.
• Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and tracking resource allocation to optimize team capacity.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items to closure.
• Update project financials, effort tracking, and budget information to support financial oversight.
• Ensure project documentation completeness and compliance with PMO standards for audit readiness.
• Monitor project health indicators and escalated concerns promptly to Project Managers.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities to maintain project integrity.
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs to facilitate risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to collect and consolidate project updates.
