Job summary

Lionware Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer who blends project management with hands-on AV/IT expertise to deliver end-to-end AV, Modern Workplace, and Physical Security projects.

You will coordinate with sales support, BDs, AMs, operations and external partners to ensure deployments run on time, on budget and to high standards. The role requires 2+ years in project management within AV/IT, hands-on installation experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in AV, engineering, information systems or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience in AV/IT or related B2B environment.
• 1+ year hands-on technical experience with VC/AV/IT installations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residency; driver’s licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate AV/IT project activities, surveys and BOMs.
• Install, configure and test AV/VC/IT equipment.
• Lead product demos and on-site walkthroughs for clients.
• Coordinate handover, maintenance and warranty service.
• Liaise with sales and account teams for project reviews.

Role Overview

As a Project Engineer, you will combine strong project management skills with hands-on AV technical expertise to deliver end-to-end Audio-Visual (AV), Modern Workplace, and Physical Security Solutions projects. You’ll be the key technical liaison between sales support, BDs, AMs operations and external partners (distributors, principals and manufacturers) ensuring every deployment runs on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning, Management & Coordination

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies
• Provide technical pre-sales support to Sales Support, BDs and AMs
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) to meet customers requirements
• Schedule installations and logistics with sales teams, suppliers and subcontractors

Installation, Integration & Commissioning

• Install, configure and test AV, Modern Workplace & Physical Security equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during deployment
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards

Client Evaluation, Technical Demos & End User Training

• Lead product demos and on-site walkthroughs with clients
• Deliver post-installation training and support
• Address and resolve client queries, service requests and escalations

Project Close-out, Maintenance & Support

• Perform final acceptance tests and handover documentation
• Coordinate warranty service and ongoing maintenance & support
• Liaise with Sales and Account teams on project reviews and lessons learned

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in AV, Engineering, Information Systems, Comp Science or related field
• 2+ years project management experience (AV, IT or related B2B environment)
• 1+ year of hands-on technical experience with VC/AV/IT installations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passion for AV/VC technology and emerging collaboration tools
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residency
• Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
