Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of practical plumbing/pipefitting experience in Singapore.
• BCA SEC(K) or CoreTrade registration in Plumbing & Pipefitting advantageous.
• Familiarity with PUB sanitary codes and standard pipefitting techniques.
• Physically fit and able to work on dynamic construction site environments.
• Valid safety passes (e.g., CSOC / WSH in Construction Sites).
• Ability to work overtime to meet project handover deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our installation and maintenance team. You will be responsible for the hands-on installation, testing, and rectification of water, soil, and waste piping systems across various project sites.

• Install, alter, and maintain aboveground and underground sanitary, drainage, and water supply piping systems (UPVC, Cast Iron, Copper, Stainless Steel, DICL).

• Install sanitary fixtures, pumps, valves, water meters, and grease interceptors in commercial and residential developments.

• Perform pipe cutting, threading, solvent cementing, and mechanical flange bolting.

• Assist the supervisor in conducting localized leak detection, hydrostatic pressure tests, and visual flow inspections.

• Identify plumbing defects, troubleshoot flow issues, and carry out immediate rectification works.

• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and in safe operating condition.

• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of practical experience as a plumber or pipefitter in Singapore.

• Candidates with BCA SEC(K) or CoreTrade registration in Plumbing & Pipefitting will have a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with local PUB sanitary codes and standard pipefitting techniques.

• Physically fit, hardworking, and capable of working in dynamic construction site environments.

• Valid safety passes (e.g., Construction Safety Orientation Course / Apply WSH in Construction Sites).

• Ability to work overtime (OT) when required to meet project handover deadlines.
