Job summary

A N S PLUMBING & SANITARY PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our installation and maintenance team in Singapore. You will handle hands-on installation, testing, and rectification of water, soil, and waste piping systems across various project sites.

Responsibilities include installing fixtures, pumps, valves, and meters in commercial and residential developments, performing cutting, threading, solvent cementing, and flange bolting, and assisting with leak detection and

Qualifications

2–3 years of practical plumbing/pipefitting experience in Singapore.
BCA SEC(K) or CoreTrade registration in Plumbing & Pipefitting advantageous.
Familiarity with PUB sanitary codes and standard pipefitting techniques.
Physically fit and able to work on dynamic construction site environments.
Valid safety passes (e.g., CSOC / WSH in Construction Sites).
Ability to work overtime to meet project handover deadlines.

Responsibilities

Hands-on installation, testing and rectification of water, soil and waste piping systems across project sites.
Install sanitary fixtures, pumps, valves, meters and grease interceptors in commercial and residential developments.
Perform pipe cutting, threading, solvent cementing and mechanical flange bolting.
Assist supervisor with leak detection, hydrostatic tests and visual flow inspections.
Identify plumbing defects, troubleshoot flow issues and carry out rectification.
Keep tools and work areas clean and in safe condition; comply with PPE requirements.
