Job summary

K&J Engineering Pte Ltd is a well-established plumbing and sanitary contractor registered with BCA. The role involves supporting daily construction activities, coordinating with the Project Manager, managing on-site materials, and leading the works team to ensure project progress with quality and safety compliance.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed daily reports, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with tender and BQ exercises as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans
• Communicate daily tasks and updates clearly to the Project Manager
• Write and submit detailed daily reports documenting work progress and site conditions
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of materials used on site to prevent shortages
• Follow up on material requests and ensure timely delivery for uninterrupted site operations
• Lead the works team to execute tasks according to Project Manager instructions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Able to take off Plumbing/Sanitary/Gas Bill of Quantity.
• Able to work on Tender.
