Qualifications

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Holder of a valid License Plumber and/or License Gas Service Worker certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing multiple project sites.
• Proficient in project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
• BCS Permann/BCPPF qualifications or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress.
• Coordinate technical matters with main contractors, consultants, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Plan equipment and manpower deployment to optimize resources on sites.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status and resolve issues among participants.
• Oversee plumbing and sanitary works to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks to support project objectives.
