Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or Statistics.
• Proficiency in programming skills preferably C#/Python/SQL and experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing Operation, Scheduling Optimization, Capacity/Cycle Time Modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use modeling, operations research, data analytics, machine learning and web apps to improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency.
• Communicate approach and methodology for analytics, reporting and scheduling optimization.
• Demonstrate project management skills in requirements, estimation, time management and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-area teams to improve complex manufacturing constraints.
• Present project approaches, data and results clearly to stakeholders of varying levels.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality while complying with standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
