Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer - PLN Operation Intelligence who will apply operations research, data analytics and ML to boost manufacturing efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design analytics, reporting, and scheduling solutions, and present approaches to stakeholders. The role requires a Masters/Bachelors in a relevant field, programming in C#/Python/SQL and experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• Proficiency in programming with C#/Python/SQL and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Operation, Scheduling Optimization, Capacity/Cycle Time Modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of modeling, operation research, data analytics, machine learning and web application to Improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency and capabilities.
• Communicate effectively on approach and methodology in developing analytics, reporting solution and scheduling optimization.
• Demonstrate sound project management skills in requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholders' engagement and deliverables deliveries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraint in manufacturing operation
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present project/approach/data in meetings with varying level of stakeholders.
