Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or related field is preferable.
• Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership in university or co-curricular activities.
• Advanced verbal fluency and effective written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in M365 Apps such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment with strong coping and management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and organize work to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Prior programming experience (incl. Gen AI tools).
• Hands-on experience in AI tools (Chatbot, Agentic AI, Automation).
• Internship or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate capacity model and capital plan to enable cost‑effective factory loading decisions.
• Coordinate tool installation and location with facilities personnel and area engineers.
• Apply AI and data engineering to master data modeling, capacity optimization, and scheduling.
• Lead project management and debottlenecking to meet tactical commitments.
