Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a maintenance technician to manage the plating equipment schedule and perform installation, modification, and electrical maintenance. The role requires a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical and 3+ years in maintenance environment with ability to read electrical drawings and use AutoCAD.

The position involves independent work, effective communication, and overtime when required; location is Singapore.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical is required.
More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment.
Able to read electrical drawings; AutoCAD experience preferred.
Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
Able to communicate effectively.
Willing to overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in plating.
Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment.
Carry out general maintenance on plating line equipment (motor, pump, rectifier, etc.).
Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.
Liaise with vendors to repair equipment or processes; ensure cleanliness.
Purchase components and spare parts related to electrical and control items to minimize cost.
Daily/periodic checks; record and feedback on plating equipment for continuous operation.
Support DI/waste treatment operation.
