Job summary

AMPHENOL FCI CONNECTORS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician for plating equipment.

The role involves organizing maintenance schedules, installing and modifying machines, and performing general electrical work on plating line equipment such as motors, pumps, and rectifiers. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, 3+ years in maintenance, and the ability to read electrical drawings and use AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
• More than 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Able to read electrical drawings and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Organize maintenance schedule for all equipment in plating.
• Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment.
• Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, i.e. motor, pump, rectifier.
• Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Liaise with vendors to repair equipment or processes, and maintain cleanliness.
• Purchase components and spare parts related to electrical and control items to minimize cost.
• Daily / periodic checks, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation.
• Support DI/waste treatment operation.

To Be Accomplished :

• Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in Plating


• Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment


• Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, ie motor, pump rectifier etc.


• Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.


• Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness


• Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost


• Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation


• Support DI/waste treatment operation

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical


• More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment


• Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience


• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.


• Willing to overtime when required
