Job summary

TikTok is looking for a Platform User Operations professional to provide 24/7 internal platform support from Singapore. You will respond to user queries, troubleshoot with engineering, and maintain SOPs while producing daily reports.

You will analyze tickets, drive process improvements, support training and user feedback projects, and collaborate with the engineering team on product optimizations. Join a fast-paced, global tech company with a strong focus on user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in CS or related field.
• 1+ year of technical consulting, troubleshooting, or application support experience.
• Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, SQL and HTTP protocols.
• Able to work in a rotating 5-days/week schedule, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate manner via internal platforms and chat.
• Identify user needs and troubleshoot technical issues using internal databases and engineering-provided solutions.
• Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze tickets to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support training projects and user feedback initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on product optimizations.
