Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
3+ years of internet product work experience, strong data analysis capability, logical judgment, and goal-oriented.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with excellent learning ability.
Curiosity, self-motivation, and willingness to take on challenges.
Majors in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, preferred.
Experience in risk control, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, strategy, or related fields, preferred.
Experience in an international company; familiarity with big data analysis or AI algorithms; governance experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for requirement analysis, product planning, product design, and project management related to anti-cheat account handling for TikTok's global scenarios.
Leverage internal and external capabilities to optimize handling processes, improving effectiveness and efficiency of risky account handling.
Understand business strategy and collaborate with requirements from various units to balance internal needs and online performance; establish efficient communication channels.
Design metrics to measure handling effectiveness and evaluate governance outcomes and business impact.
