Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to ensure system reliability, optimize performance and support seamless operations across our technology stack. The role demands hands-on experience with identity services and platform automation.

You will design, implement and manage IAM solutions, automate deployments, participate in on-call incidents and collaborate with government and partner teams to deliver secure identity services using AD, Entra ID, SAML,

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of IAM, platform engineering, automation or related work.
Experience with directory and identity services like Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS, Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect; Kerberos is a plus.
Experience using Microsoft Graph API for identity management/automation tasks.
Scripting/automation proficiency with PowerShell, Python or similar.
Knowledge of identity governance, access management and compliance requirements.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication; team player in multi-stakeholder environments.
Willingness to support Whole-of-Government identity services.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain IAM solutions across the organisation.
Develop automation to reduce operational toil and support CI/CD practices.
Manage identity brokering and federation, focusing on the Microsoft ecosystem (AD, Entra ID, ADFS).
Configure authentication/authorisation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Use Microsoft Graph API to support identity administration, integration and automation.
Ensure security, resilience, governance and compliance of identity platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Participate in on-call, incident response and operational readiness activities.
