Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations of critical infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments, coordinating with L1 vendors and internal teams to ensure stability and performance.

You will lead incident management, review changes, and work with application, network, security, and vendor teams to maintain runbooks, SOPs, and governance artefacts while driving infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure or platform operations.
• Experience with production or mission-critical environments.
• Strong virtualization and OS knowledge across VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix, Red Hat Linux, Windows Server.
• Experience coordinating governance and change-review processes.
• Public sector experience is a plus (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support for critical platforms in on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Provide technical oversight across compute, storage, virtualization, OS, backup, DR, and HA.
• Lead incident management with deep dives, RCAs, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate vendor activities to complete tasks, incidents, and service requests on time.
• Review changes and service requests for practicality, security alignment, and operational readiness.
• Support governance activities including change review, risk awareness, and compliance alignment.
• Assist in infrastructure modernization and multi-year refresh programs while maintaining uptime.
• Plan infra activities across internal teams and vendors for upgrades and migrations.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones to ensure readiness and delivery.
• Collaborate with app, network, security, and vendor teams to resolve issues and maintain runbooks.
