Job summary

ADOMITA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced on-site IT support professional to handle L2 issues, network monitoring triage, and hardware/software troubleshooting across multiple sites. You will maintain asset records, perform device provisioning, and assist L3 engineers with complex incidents.

The role covers patching, deployment, Intune-managed devices, and end-user support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices with hands-on onsite help and remote coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience providing onsite field support services.
• Experience with L2 support and ITSM ticketing.
• Familiarity with network monitoring alerts and initial triage.
• Hands-on hardware and software problem solving.
• Ability to document procedures and asset records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to network-monitoring alerts and perform initial triage.
• Check switch and port health using approved diagnostics.
• Trace, patch, label and maintain network cabling.
• Perform physical power-redundancy checks.
• Maintain network asset, rack, cabling and port records in the designated system of record.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of internet, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes assistance to L3 engineers and vendors.
• Perform approved device reboots, cable moves or replacements under documented procedures.
• Collect logs and packet captures for L3 analysis.
• Diagnose desktop, laptop and peripheral products; provide workstation support and management.
• Provide device setup, configuration, and maintenance; manage device upgrades and patch updates.
