Job summary

Stripe's Platform Sales team partners with B2B software platforms to enable payments using Stripe Connect. As Platform Account Executive for Cross Border Greater China, you will build partnerships with leading SaaS platforms and translate Stripe's capabilities into measurable business value, guiding complex deals from first contact to close.

You are an experienced enterprise salesperson with Mandarin and English fluency, a proven track record in selling to large organizations in Greater China,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software sales experience targeting large users in the Greater China market.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (professional level).
• Deep understanding of the China cross-border business landscape.
• Proven ability to drive sales from inception to close in a consultative, multi-party selling environment.
• Strong listening skills and ability to build trust with decision-makers across tech and finance orgs.
• Ability to discuss complex technical problems and map Stripe solutions to customer needs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Interest and enthusiasm for technology and payments tech.

Responsibilities

• Own a named account list and develop plans for mid-market and enterprise SaaS/Fintech in Greater China.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead to close; apply technical product knowledge from Stripe solutions.
• Identify and engage high-potential SaaS platforms; build long-term strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance to lead workshops and financial analyses.
• Develop outbound strategies to create opportunities within Japan (regional extension).
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives; orchestrate executive touch points.
• Nurture relationships with executives at new and existing clients.
