Responsibilities

• Removes, applies and repairs ceramic tile and other solid materials on floors, walls and ceilings.
• Ensure compliance with materials and workmanship schedules.
• Repair plaster, lay brick and block on worksites.
• Mix and apply glues, cements and grouts as required.
• Prepare cement floors, sidewalks, stairs and curbing.
• Install grout for new and existing door jambs.
• Arrange removal of waste/debris daily and after works.
• Prepare flooring surfaces for floor coverings.
• Prepare and mix raw materials to ready plaster.
• Hang pictures, paper towel holders, shards dispensers, soap dispensers.
• Prep plaster/sheetrock/masonry surfaces before painting repairs.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use.
• Smooth and level plaster application for finished look.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. 1.Removes, applies and repair ceramic tile and other similar solid materials to floors, walls and ceilings
2. 2.Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
3. 3. Repair plaster,Lay brick and block.
4. 4.Mix and apply glues, cements and grouts
5. Prepare cement floors, sidewalks, stairs and curbing
6. 5.Install grout for new and existing door jamb
7. 6. Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
8. 7.Prep flooring surfaces for floor coverings
9. 8.Preparing and mixing different types of raw materials to get the plaster ready
10. 9. Hanging pictures, paper towel holders, sharps dispensers, soap dispensers
11. 10.Preparatory to painting, make repairs in plaster, sheetrock, and masonry surfaces
12. 11.Ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained after use to keep them in good working order.
13. 12.Finessing the plaster application by smoothing and leveling the surface.
14. 13.Adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
