Job summary

UNITYCRAFT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on construction worker to execute plastering, skimming, bricklaying, waterproofing, and panel installation on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

The role requires preparing surfaces, mixing mortars, and maintaining a clean, safe site. Ideal candidates have relevant experience, can handle physically demanding work, climb heights when needed, and work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in plastering, skimming, bricklaying and general construction.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Willing to work at heights and on construction sites.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, skimming, rendering, and finishing on walls, ceilings, and surfaces.
• Perform bricklaying and related masonry works when required.
• Apply waterproofing materials and carry out waterproofing works.
• Install wall, ceiling, and other construction panels according to site requirements.
• Prepare surfaces before plastering, including cleaning, levelling, and applying bonding materials.
• Mix and prepare plaster, cement mortar, and other construction materials according to required specifications.
• Prepare construction work areas, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment within the worksite.
• Remove construction debris, waste, and hazardous materials from designated work areas in accordance with site safety requirements.
• Assist in assembling and dismantling barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding where required.
• Follow approved work procedures, safety requirements, and instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform bricklaying and related masonry works when required.
Apply waterproofing materials and carry out waterproofing works.
Install wall, ceiling, and other construction panels according to site requirements.
