Job summary

NANOSUN PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator to perform operation and maintenance of the WWTP at our Woodlands/Ang Mo Kio site.

Working hours are 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday, with 7 days of annual leave. Daily logging, reporting, and monitoring of plant performance are essential, alongside preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Preference for candidates with own transport and allowances for petrol and travel.

Qualifications

• Experience operating WWTP and maintaining equipment.
• Daily logging and reporting of plant performance.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Ability to perform preventive and major maintenance.

Location of plant: Woodlands / Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 0830 - 1730

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Annual Leave: 7

Job Scope:

• Operation and maintenance of Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)
• Daily performance log management of WWTP Plant;
• Daily monitoring of plant performance;
• Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment;
• Preventive maintenance of electrical and Instruments;
• Electrical & Instruments Component Health check;
• Daily chemical top up and maintain the correct level;
• Daily reporting to management of plant performance;
• Calibration of Instruments as per schedule;
• Ensure WWTP compliance with ISO standards;
• Control and Monitoring system review;
• Conduct daily housekeeping and 5s;
• Conduct minor maintenance (bi‑monthly) and major maintenance (bi‑annually)
