Job summary

TOP-MIX CONCRETE PTE LTD is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage workers and drivers on site in Singapore. The role involves coordinating multiple disciplines, conducting pre-task risk assessments, and ensuring safe work practices and adherence to SOPs.

The successful candidate will oversee safe handling of machinery, maintain high housekeeping standards in the plant area, and respond to emergencies arising from plant machinery issues. Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.

• To perform site coordination and monitoring to manage workers and drivers.
• Perform site risk assessment in every task to be done during pre-task talk ensuring safe work conditions and performance on daily basis.
• Perform site coordination with other performing discipline for smooth and safe work interface and simultaneous operations.
• To liaise closely with Dispatch and Batching in order to avoid undue downtime.
• To oversee and ensure all his subordinates work as per SOP and safe manner in order to prevent lost time accidents and improper handling of machinery and equipment.
• To ensure high standards of housekeeping in the plant area.
• Able to attend to any emergencies situation due to plant machinery issues
• Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager
