Job summary

Top Mix Concrete in Singapore is seeking a site coordinator to supervise and monitor workers and drivers on site. You will ensure tasks are carried out in line with SOPs and safety requirements, and coordinate with dispatch, batching, and other disciplines to maintain smooth operations.

You will perform pre-task risk assessments, oversee housekeeping, and respond to plant machinery emergencies, while ensuring effective downtime management and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• To perform site coordination and monitoring to manage workers and drivers.
• Perform site risk assessment in every task to be done during pre-task talk ensuring safe work conditions and performance on daily basis.
• Perform site coordination with other performing discipline for smooth and safe work interface and simultaneous operations.
• To liaise closely with Dispatch and Batching in order to avoid undue downtime.
• To oversee and ensure all his subordinates work as per SOP and safe manner in order to prevent lost time accidents and improper handling of machinery and equipment.
• To ensure high standards of housekeeping in the plant area.
• Able to attend to any emergencies situation due to plant machinery issues
• Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager
