Job summary

Nanosun PTE. LTD. is seeking a Plant Operations Leader in Singapore to oversee all operational plants, ensuring adherence to quality, environmental, safety and health standards. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and drive audits and improvements across sites.

The role requires coordination of QESH activities and involvement in ISO processes, with travel to multiple sites as needed to maintain certification and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coordinating operations across multiple plants.
• Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, safety and health standards (QESH).
• Willingness to travel to different sites as required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational plants in Singapore to ensure efficient and compliant operations
• Manage daily plant operations to achieve productivity and safety targets
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess operational compliance and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance work to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability
• Manage critical and maintenance spares inventory to support uninterrupted plant operations
• Oversee Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) activities, including ISO coordination, to maintain certification and compliance
• Review and verify operational documentation and manage team schedules to ensure smooth workflows
• Support new tender and bidding processes by providing operational insights and documentation
• Travel to various sites as required to perform operational oversight and audits
