Job summary

CLEEN FIRST SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a hands-on Operations Coordinator to liaise with the Operations Manager, manage daily deployment, and ensure timely stock delivery and equipment handling.

The role requires communication with customers and site staff, adherence to health and safety, and collaboration with other teams. Candidates must hold a Class 3 driving license and be Singaporean/PR. Physical fitness is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid class 3 driving license.
• Physically fit – walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities.
• Computer literacy advantageous.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to supervise staff.
• Singaporean/PR only.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Operations Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks.
• Manage daily deployment, report any shortfall to Operations Manager.
• Able to communicate with customers and site staff.
• Order and deliver material stock, equipment and consumables for all jobsites.
• Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.
• Work with members of other teams as required.
• Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
