RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced production leader to manage daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization at our Singapore facility.

The role requires guiding the production team to meet schedules, maintaining 6S standards, and driving TPM/OEE, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to resolve quality issues. Prior CNC machining and metal fabrication exposure is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 years in production/operations in manufacturing, with 3 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in CNC machining and metal fabrication processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization.
• Lead and motivate the production team to meet schedules.
• Uphold 6S standards to ensure a safe, organized workplace.
• Manage consumable spending, delivery metrics, TPM and OEE.
• Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
• Hold routine cell and toolbox meetings.
• Maintain a disciplined, motivated workforce and positive morale.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production/quality issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate updates of ERP system (Syteline).
• Perform related duties as assigned.
