Job summary

SPCI HELM on Jurong Island, Singapore, is seeking a proactive Plant Engineer to coordinate daily production, plant operations, vessel loading and jetty operations. You will work with Production, Operations, Maintenance and HSE teams to ensure safe, reliable and efficient facilities.

The role emphasizes process performance, inventory management and continuous improvement, including MOC, HAZOP and commissioning/start‑up activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills required.
• Proactive, hands‑on and able to coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and plant operations to meet safety, quality and output targets.
• Develop and support production plans and inventory forecasts.
• Monitor inventory and identify shortages or constraints in advance.
• Support vessel loading and jetty operations with stakeholders.
• Ensure ISPS compliance and port/jetty operating requirements.
• Oversee bulk material handling systems including conveyors and ship loaders.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, HSE and other departments on issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare KPI and management reports for production and operations.
