Job summary
The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor / Engineer to join the production team and help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will oversee production support activities, inventory management, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in engineering with relevant manufacturing experience.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory, and SAP/ERP systems.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production support activities for safe, reliable operations.
- Manage production planning, raw material, packaging, and inventory to ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor performance, resources, and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Lead technicians and contractors; may involve rotating AM/PM shifts.
- Perform SAP transactions, maintain records, and prepare reports.
