Job summary

Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Construction Planner to oversee planning and scheduling on large-scale projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure baseline programs align with budgets.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong Primavera P6 skills, and a results-driven, analytical mindset. Salary package commensurate with experience; full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board.
• 8–10 years in construction planning and project coordination.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning.
• Independent, results-driven team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction planning and scheduling, develop baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure alignment between project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Identify project risks, delays, and opportunities for optimization, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on project-related matters, offering both technical and non-technical solutions to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)
