Job summary

MCC Engineering (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to drive project controls and scheduling across active construction projects.

You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, set baselines, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with milestones and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, tracking progress, identifying risks, and delivering regular reports to stakeholders. Site visits support data gathering and timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Establish baseline schedules and monitor progress against benchmarks.
• Coordinate resource requirements and optimize allocation.
• Track progress, milestones, delays, and resource utilization.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports and forecasts.
