Resource Management

• Procure materials, labor, and services, ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline.
• Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources (staff, equipment, materials).

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership
