Job summary

DJ Builders & Contractors Pte Ltd is seeking a professional Planner with Primavera P6 experience to support project planning and programme-control activities in Singapore. The role involves developing, maintaining and communicating project schedules and planning information to stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for baseline and updated schedules, monitoring schedule progress, and coordinating updates with project teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and project scheduling required.
• Experience in engineering, construction or project planning preferred.
• Strong reporting, communication and coordination skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The candidate should be able to develop, maintain and communicateproject schedules and planning information effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain projectprogrammes using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline and updatedschedules in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor planned versus actualprogress and highlight schedule variances.
• Coordinate programme updates withproject managers, engineers, site teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Track activities, milestones,dependencies and critical project dates.
• Assist in identifying potentialdelays and provide timely schedule information to project teams.
• Prepare progress updates, look-aheadschedules and planning reports as required.
• Incorporate approved changes andrevisions into project schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning recordsand schedule documentation.
• Support project management withplanning information for decision‑making and progress reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional and experienced Planneris required.
• Hands‑on experience with PrimaveraP6 is required.
• Experience in engineering,construction or project planning is preferred.
• Strong understanding of projectscheduling, activities, dependencies and milestones.
• Ability to analyse schedule progressand identify potential delays.
• Good reporting, communication andcoordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail andability to work with deadlines.
• Candidates with Singapore projectexperience will be an advantage.
