Job summary

DJ Engineering & Construction PteLtd is seeking a professional Planner with Primavera P6 experience to support project planning and programme-control activities in Singapore. The role involves developing, maintaining and communicating project schedules and planning information to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should be hands-on with Primavera P6, and able to collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams while tracking milestones, dependencies and critical dates to identify

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is required.
• Experience in engineering, construction or project planning preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, activities, dependencies and milestones.
• Ability to analyse schedule progress and identify potential delays.
• Good reporting, communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with Singapore project experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline and updated schedules in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor planned versus actual progress and highlight schedule variances.
• Coordinate programme updates with project managers, engineers, site teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Track activities, milestones, dependencies and critical project dates.
• Assist in identifying potential delays and provide timely schedule information to project teams.
• Prepare progress updates, look-ahead schedules and planning reports as required.
• Incorporate approved changes and revisions into project schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning records and schedule documentation.
• Support project management with planning information for decision-making and progress reviews.
