Job summary

NIPPON BUILDERS PTE. LTD in Singapore is seeking a seasoned planning professional to oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with project directors, clients, consultants, and authorities, identify risks, propose solutions, and drive recovery plans using Primavera P6 and BIM tools such as Revit or Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with local main contractors.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and BIM tools (Revit or Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update master construction programmes and detailed schedules to guide project execution.
• Track daily and weekly site progress to identify delays early and implement recovery plans to maintain timelines.
• Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and heavy equipment across all project phases for optimal resource use.
• Communicate with project directors, clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, and regulators to ensure alignment and compliance (BCA, MOM, NEA, URA).
• Identify potential technical or timeline risks, propose engineering solutions, and support delay claims or contractual compliance.

Job Summary

You will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure projects complete on time and within budget while coordinating with stakeholders and managing risks.
